At this time, we do not provide landscaping or vegetation services. We provide nearly all other residential home improvement and building services.

2. What are your credentials and licensing information?

We have a Home Builder's License provided by the State of Alabama. We are also Qualified Credentialed Inspectors in Alabama.

3. Can you provide references or examples of past projects?

Yes! References are available upon request. You can view some of our past projects here.

4. What is the estimated timeline for a remodeling project?

This can range greatly depending on the type of services you need. A full kitchen remodel (including rearranging the layout) can last about 3-4 months, while a deck renovation can take up to 1 month.

5. How do you handle changes to the project once it has already begun?

Changes are inevitable. We will work with you to make sure we complete the project to your utmost satisfaction. We do this by communicating closely with you at every turn. Phone calls and texts work best for us to ensure timely responses.

6. Who will be supervising the project and how often will they be on site?

Our Director or Project Manager will be supervising the project. We work with a team of reputable partners to complete they work. This team will be on site daily or as needed when there is work to be completed.

7. How do you ensure the project stays on budget?

We know that your budget was carefully thought out and it is our goal to maintain that throughout the project. If change orders are necessary, we work with you to make sure you understand your options clearly.

8. What are the payment terms and schedule?

We require a 20% deposit to begin work and then semi-monthly payments, depending on the scope of the project.

9. Do you provide a written contract outlining the scope of work?

Yes! Contracts are signed by both parties prior to the beginning of the project. Addendums can be made if necessary.

10. What is your policy regarding daily work hours and noise pollution?

Many of our clients work from home and remain at home during the renovations. We operate between the hours of 8-5. It is not uncommon to have workers begin preparing for the work day around 7 or 7:30 AM and wrapping up around 6 PM. The supervisor will communicate with you if work is likely to become a nuisance for those in the home.
